Policy
*It takes one to two business days for us to process
an order before shipment, no exceptions. Business Days are Monday thru
Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST.
Most items purchased from e*fence are shipped straight
to your door, free of charge.* We have worked out a special
arrangement with our suppliers to bring you this special deal.
No need to worry about paying a small fortune in
shipping for your product! The price you see listed is the final
cost to you.
Just one more perk that will make e*fence
the source for all your do it yourself needs!
Customer must be present at time of
delivery in order to sign a bill of receipt and receive their product. A
e*fence representative will make arrangements with the currier to deliver the
product at a convenient time. Customer is responsible for unloading of
product. Curriers are not required to unload the product.
Estimated delivery time on most orders is 4-6 weeks.
All discrepancies should be reported
immediately to the currier and an e*fence representative. DO
NOT SIGN A BILL OF RECEIPT IF THERE IS DISCREPANCY!
Customers have 24 hours to report any
damaged items from their order.
*Special order items may incur some
shipping costs. All orders less than $1500 are subject to a $149.99
shipping charge.
