Upon approval, e*fence will refund your
purchase price for a period of thirty (30) days from the original
date of purchase. Customer will be charged a
25% restocking fee on the returned item and will be responsible
for return freight costs of shipping the product back to us.

PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REJECTED.
Customer is solely responsible for
shipping any returned product to e*fence. Customer agrees to use
only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance
for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping
charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment.
Customer agrees that all returned
products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include
the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other
accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned
product is missing, e*fence's Return Procedure will be breached and
e*fence will reject the entire return or may choose to impose
additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing
component.
Any damaged material must be reported to
e*fence
within 24 hours of receipt in order to be exchanged or returned.
(Please Note: Because cedar is a natural product, there could be
variations in the grade of cedar you receive. e*fence ships,
on average, 5-8% extra lumber to account for these variations. Should
your order contain an excessive amount of defective cedar, contact
e*fence within 24 hours of receipt to replace the damaged product.)
